The combination of the Northwest Territories' unique travel experiences, and the purity and beauty of Canadian diamonds are providing the opportunity to develop a new and distinct tourism product - diamond tourism.

The Government of the Northwest Territories is working in partnership with the City of Yellowknife (North America’s Diamond Capital) and Northwest Territories Tourism to translate the national and international attention being focused on Canadian diamonds into opportunities and enhancements for the NWT Tourism sector.
