Energy Priorities Framework

Further to the committment made by the Government of the Northwest Territories to the directions established in the Energy Plan and Green House Gas Strategy, this Policy Framework provides the foundation timetable for achieving our energy goals and priorities for the Northwest Territories. Fundamentally we are looking for ways to change our primary energy supply from diesel fuel. The five key action areas are:
