NWT Prospectors Grubstake Program
The NWT Prospectors Grubstake Program provides partial funding for Northwest Territories prospecting projects up to a current maximum of $10,000 per individual.
To qualify for grubstake support you must have taken an approved prospecting course, spent $5,000 or more prospecting in the past three years or been employed as a prospector for at least 20 weeks in the past three years.
The deadline for applications is July 4, 2008. Depending on available funding, a call for applications may also be made in the fall.
