Sixtieth Parallel Territorial Park is located on the Waterfalls Route, your pathway to our dramatic & spectacular waterfalls. It also forms part of the Deh Cho Travel Connection, the tour route that takes in the unique communities and sights of two provinces, and the Northwest Territories.

Attractions & Points of Interest:

The park also features a day use area and the Sixtieth Parallel Visitor Information Centre, where you can pick up brochures for the rest of your trip in the NWT, see displays about the region, or enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee by the woodstove before heading on down the road.

Nearby attraction and next nearest NWT park with camping facilities is Twin Falls Territorial Park, 72 Km to the north.

Operational Season:

Sixtieth Parallel Territorial Park is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, from May 15th to September 15th. Trails within the park may be accessible on foot outside of those dates, but they will not be maintained clear of snow, and so you enter at your own risk. Services such as toilets and garbage removal are not provided outside the open season.
