Search BIP Registry
The sole purpose of the Business Incentive Policy (BIP) Registry is to identify businesses that meet the eligibility requirements of the BIP and may be eligible to receive bid adjustments or priority consideration in Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) procurement processes.
Inclusion on the BIP Registry is not an endorsement by the GNWT that a business is accredited or qualified to provide any particular class of goods, services or construction, as that is the responsibility of the GNWT Contract Authority and other users of the BIP Registry to do so at the time of procurement.
Contract Authority: is a Minister, Deputy Minister, or a Public Officer delegated under the Government Contract Regulations to enter into contracts on behalf of the GNWT.
