On November 21, the Yellowknife Geoscience Forum’s tradeshow floor buzzed with activity as Premier Bob McLeod, Minister of Industry, Tourism and Investment (ITI) Wally Schumann, and their Cabinet colleagues hosted a meet-and-greet event.

For natural resource developers, explorers, and professionals working across the entire development cycle, it was an opportunity to talk face-to-face and one-on-one with Members of the GNWT’s Executive Council (Cabinet) as they hosted the event, and toured the tradeshow.

The GNWT is committed to promoting and encouraging responsible resource development in the NWT. The attendance of the GNWT’s Premier and Ministers to listen, learn, and find opportunities to work together was demonstrative of that commitment.
