A partnership between the Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment (ITI), the   Tłįchǫ Government, and Crowe MacKay LLP providing business training in Whati winds up today.

From June 7-9, 12 participants have had the opportunity to learn how to effectively prepare and present a business plan, gather necessary documents and licences, and manage accounting for small business in two courses.  

Joint funding was provided by the Department of ITI and the Tłįchǫ Government as part of continuing efforts to build business capacity in communities across the Northwest Territories (NWT).

Crowe MacKay LLP offered their expertise up to facilitate.

The courses were held at Whati's Tłįchǫ Government Boardroom.
