Hay Riverites are in for some chills and thrills this weekend as the North’s premier horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and thriller festival rolls into town.
The Dead North Film Festival is hosting a round-up of 20 films from this year’s festival over two days at Hay River’s Riverview Cineplex May 12-13.
Attendees must be more than 14 years-of-age to attend this free event. Doors open at 10:30pm; screenings begin at 11pm.
The Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment is funding the event through the NWT Film Commission as part of its commitment to fostering a strong local film community.
