A wide range of free events are planned as part of Northwest Territories (NWT) Mining Week from June 11-17.
“We are fortunate to have a mining sector which has provided thousands of jobs and billions in economic activity to the NWT,” says Minister of Industry, Tourism and Investment Bob McLeod.
“NWT Mining Week is about recognizing and celebrating mining and its foundational role in our territory’s economy and history.”
