The Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment is sponsoring a new four-day hard-rock prospecting course by the NWT Mine Training Society that you can take in your pajamas!
Over the course of two weekends, from November 27-December 5, you’ll learn about becoming a Prospector in the NWT, from the comfort of your home.
This hands-online learning opportunity will cover introductory subjects including: how to prospect for minerals and stake a claim, assessment regulations, marketing yourself and your properties, basic geology and the exploration cycle.
The deadline for registrations is November 5, 2021.
