Today, the Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT), in collaboration with Northwest Territories Tourism (NWTT), released the Resident Readiness Strategy, a short-term strategy created to support NWT residents in welcoming back tourists to the NWT.

The NWT Arts Sealebration Workshop travelled north this year to Inuvik February 24-March 1, 2022.

It was hockey in its purest form this weekend as the Polar Pond Hockey tournament returned to Hay River March 11-13th.

NWTT is the GNWT’s destination marketing organization (DMO) for the Northwest Territories. Its plan highlights the strategies and tactics that will be used to promote the NWT as a destination for visitors and travellers from around the world.

Visitors to the Snow Castle in Yellowknife got a special treat on Sunday as the courtyard was taken over by Fur Funday.

The reverse trade show is an opportunity for businesses, mines, and government departments to layout their planned projects and projected procurement needs.

The first-of-its-kind program will offer training, mentorship and market access to producers in both territories.

Son créateur, le cinéaste Kelvin Redvers, est né et a grandi à Hay River, et a passé son enfance à sillonner les routes ténoises.
