The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) has renewed a five-year funding partnership with the Government of Canada that will invest $7.6 million over five years to strengthen the competitiveness, innovation, and resiliency of the Northwest Territories (NWT) agriculture and agri‐food sector.

About 15 artists gathered at the Fort Simpson Heritage Centre in February for a Meet and Greet with the Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment’s regional office.

The Fur Harvesters Auction (FHA) House in North Bay, Ontario, completed its first auction of the year in March and the first in-person auction since 2019.  It made a big difference to have buyers in-house to inspect the goods and actively compete at the auction. At any one time there were between 60-70 international fur buyers in the room.
