The GNWT today announced changes to the Diamond Policy Framework. Here's some background info.
Workshops in Hay River and Yellowknife in November focused on Agricultural Safe Food Best Practices. These workshops were made possible by the GNWT’s participation in the Canadian Agricultural Partnership.

Film makers from Canada and beyond are getting the chance to meet the now-famous Rock Creature from the motion picture Elijah and the Rock Creature. He will be making an appearance this week at the Whistler International Film Festival to promote the film.
It was a De Beers-sponsored luncheon for the young female scientists of tomorrow. The speakers were selected to tell their own stories and encourage their guests to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) programs.
